Howdy People! Welcome to Selfcare1996, a blog created to motivate you (hopefully) to take better care of yourself and your loved ones. "Selfcare" involves all routines that could improve your own well-being in this restless stressful world. 1996 simply represents my birthyear but I will try to research and share 1996 interesting contents of self-caring (not promising but this is my commitment). So please stay tuned! The creation of this blog is quite sudden. I am usually involved in many activities throughout my daily life, to the point I don't have enough time for myself. Like a busy bee, more than 10 hours per day are spent in the office and at least 3hours are allocated to getting to work with daily heavy unavoidable traffic. In addition to professional life, housework is also on the list. Cooking and cleaning are the two main contributions to exhaustion and major excuses of not taking enough selfcare.
